What are the formulas actually for?
Formula 001 (Period Tea) targets cramps, heavy flow, and PMS.
Formula 002 (Hormone Support Tea) targets hormonal imbalance, androgen excess, and cycle irregularity.
Formula 003 (Digestion Tea) targets bloating, sluggish digestion, and gut discomfort.
Each formula contains 5 to 6 ingredients selected specifically for that symptom cluster.
How long until I see results?
For Formula 001 and 003, most women notice something within 2–3 uses.
For Formula 002, which works on hormonal balance, consistent daily use over a full cycle (4 weeks) is needed before meaningful change is observable.
Hormones do not shift in a week. Be patient with this one.
Are these formulas safe if I have a condition?
These teas are made from food-grade herbs and are generally considered safe for healthy adults.
However, if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, on hormonal contraception, or managing a medical condition, please consult your doctor before use.
We make wellness teas, not medicine, and we won't tell you otherwise.
Can I drink more than one formula?
Yes. Many women drink Formula 001 during their period and Formula 002 throughout the month.
Formula 003 can be used daily or as needed. The formulas are designed to be complementary.
If you have a specific health condition or take medications, check with your GP first.
Are they caffeinated?
No. All three formulas are caffeine-free herbal blends. They can be drunk at any time of day, including before bed.
